  • It is forbidden to bring food and drink to patients from outside.
  • It will be appropriate to keep the visits as short as possible in order to keep our hospital clean and reduce the risk of spread of infectious diseases.
  • It is forbidden to use fire exit doors and stairwells outside of the purpose by patients, attendants and visitors.
  • It is requested not to bring live and dried flowers during patient visits.
  • Male companions are not accepted in the maternity ward.
  • You can apply to our administration, floor responsible nurse or patient communication unit for any problems related to hospital operation and order.
  • Our mosque service is provided in our hospital. Available on the ground floor

  • People with fever, runny nose, cough, diarrhea, vomiting and infectious dermatitis are not considered visitors.
  • There are special separation (isolation) rules for some patients. Visitors who will visit the patient in isolation should follow the isolation rules and use a personal protector as instructed by the intensive care nurse.
  • The number of visitors is difficult to control and may be restricted due to the risk of environmental contamination. Only one patient can be taken to the unit at the same time. It should not be insisted on this issue. When the treatment of patients is necessary and in emergency situations, it should be emptied to the staff without difficulty.
  • The sink and toilet that families can use are available on every floor of our hospital.
  • The cafeteria where visitors can meet their needs is on the 1st floor of the hospital.
  • Valuable items, money and mobile phones are not kept with the patient. This kind of patient items are delivered to the relatives of the patients against signature.

NEWBORN INTENSIVE CARE

  • It is forbidden to have a companion in the neonatal unit. If necessary, it is located outside the unit and it is applied to it when necessary.
  • Telephone numbers of families are received and families are reached when necessary.
  • Nobody other than mother and father is accepted as a visitor to the neonatal intensive care unit.
