Patient rights

Every individual who applies to our hospital for diagnosis and treatment can follow the rights which are inspected by our department and written in this text at every stage:

1. Right to Benefit from the Services:

1.1 Every person applying to our hospital has the right to benefit from the existing diagnostic and treatment opportunities, regardless of their physical and social characteristics.

1.2 The patient has the right to choose the doctor and / or health institution and change it at any stage of the treatment.

2. The Right to Respect and Reputation:

2.1 The patient has the right to be treated in a respectful, gentle, compassionate and friendly environment, always retaining his individual reputation.

2.2 All kinds of hygienic conditions are provided, and noisy and disturbing factors have the right to receive a health service.

3. Right to Privacy:

3.1 The patient has the right to receive any kind of health care in an environment that is confidential. He can explicitly request the protection of his privacy. Any medical intervention is performed by respecting the patient's privacy.

4. Right to Request Information:

4.1 The patient has the right to learn what is the health service and possibilities and to request any information about his health status.

5. Selecting and replacing the health institution and staff:

5.1 Healthcare providers and other healthcare professionals who provide healthcare services have the right to choose and change their identity, duties and titles.

6. Right to Examine Records and Keep Information Confidential:

6.1 The patient can examine the file and records containing information about his health status directly or with his / her representative and take a copy. These records are only visible to those directly related to the patient's treatment.

6.2 They have the right to receive any kind of healthcare in a confidential environment.

7. Refusal, stopping and consent:

7.1He has the right to refuse treatment, to request to be stopped, to obtain his consent in medical interventions and to benefit from the service within the framework of consent.

7.2 No one; No medical intervention subject to experience, research or education can be made without their consent.

8. Right to Benefit from Religious Services:

8.1 The necessary measures are taken for the patients to perform their religious duties freely within the limits of the facilities of our hospital.

9. Right to Have Visitors and Companions:

9.1 Acceptance of patient visitors is carried out in accordance with the established procedures and principles of our Hospital and in a way that does not cause acts and attitudes that will disturb the peace and tranquility of the patients and necessary measures are taken in this regard.

9.2 To assist the patient during examination and treatment; Depending on the approval of the physician responsible for the treatment, it may be requested to have a companion as much as the legislation and Hospital facilities allow and the patient's state of health requires.
