Neurology
Our hospitals provide services in the fields of brain hemorrhages, headaches, dizziness cerebrovascular diseases, movement disorders, muscle and nervous diseases, epilepsy, alzheimer's, multiple sclerosis, stroke and sleep disorders, which are within the scope of our Neurology Departments. When necessary, studies are carried out in close cooperation with the Medical Imaging and Brain, Spinal Cord and Nerve Surgery Departments of our hospitals.
Examinations such as cranial tomography or magnetic resonance (MR) imaging, echocardiography, extracranial doppler are applied to our patients and the results obtained contribute to the follow-up and treatment of our patients.
In serious cases that endanger patient life, such as coma, progressive stroke, and frequent seizures, the follow-up and treatment of our patients is carried out in the intensive care unit.
EMG (electromyourography) examination, which is a dynamic diagnostic method in the diagnosis of painful conditions such as waist and neck hernia, is performed in our electrophysiology laboratory.
In many diseases of the central nervous system, especially in epilepsy, EEG (electroensopholography) examination, which is used for differential diagnosis, can also be performed in our electrophysiology laboratory.
In addition, headache complaints can be evaluated in our headache outpatient clinics.
